Select Residences was founded to bring specialist industry knowledge to the buyer’s side. Our experience in Brisbane’s new and off-the-plan sector showed us the need for a trusted partner who understands both the market and the significance of choosing a home.
We created the business for buyers who value that support, particularly those without the time, inclination or knowledge to research the market themselves.
Choosing a home is deeply personal. We value the trust placed in us and take the time to understand the person behind the purchase.
We are a licensed real estate agency acting as a buyers agent.
We have no affiliation with any developer and operate entirely independently.
07 Our fee
Our service.
Usually no fee to you.
When you purchase a new or off-the-plan residence, our fee is usually paid by the developer upon a successful purchase, so there is usually no fee payable by you.
Should you choose an existing, pre-owned property, a buyer’s agency fee usually applies, as our service is not funded by the private seller.
The scope of our engagement and any applicable fee are discussed with you at the outset and agreed before we proceed.
