Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Select Residences website. Our property services and any purchase are subject to separate written agreements. Browsing, making an enquiry or subscribing does not appoint us as your agent or create a property purchase contract.
Property information
Website content provides general information about our services and the new and off-the-plan property market. Prices, availability, specifications, floorplans, views, amenities and completion dates may change. Images and renders may be illustrative. Check current information and contract documents for the particular property before making a decision.
Your purchase decisions
General website information is not legal, financial, tax or building advice and does not account for every individual circumstance. Obtain appropriate independent advice and undertake your own enquiries before entering a contract. We do not guarantee a property’s future value, rental return, completion date or suitability for your circumstances.
Our role and fees
Select Residences specialises in new and off-the-plan residences. Our fee is usually paid by the developer following a successful purchase, so there is usually no fee payable by the buyer. A buyer’s agency fee usually applies for pre-owned property. The scope of our engagement, any fee payable by you and relevant remuneration arrangements are explained and agreed before we proceed. Website statements do not replace those arrangements.
Enquiries and newsletters
Please provide accurate information and do not submit another person’s details without authority. A newsletter subscription requests updates from Select Residences and can be withdrawn at any time. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website content and third parties
You may view and share links to this website for personal use. Content, branding and images belong to Select Residences or their respective rights holders; reproduction beyond lawful use requires permission. External links and embedded services are provided for convenience and have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
